Problem Note 65042: You might not be able to log on the SAS® Merchandise Intelligence client

You might not be able to log on the SAS Merchandise Intelligence client. This issue is likely to occur if an administrator logs on to SAS® Management Console with the sasmi user ID to set up new users. In this scenario, the domain name portion of the app_user_id is removed, which results in the logon issues. Note that logging on to SAS Management Console with the sasmi user ID is neither recommended or supported.
